Thank you for your interest in Romble. This document holds the conditions under which the use of this website is regulated.

Romble reserves the right to revise and modify these conditions at any moment, therefore the buyer must always read them before placing an order.

The Order
All orders presuppose acceptance of prices and product description. Product orders are subject to availability and, in this sense, if the product ordered is not in stock or available, Romble will inform you and the buyer will be given the possibility to change the order or cancel it and request the refund of all costs paid.

To place an order, the buyer will have to use the purchase online method. Once the purchase has been completed, the buyer will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of the order (Order Confirmation).

Romble reserves the right to cancel any order if some anomaly was observed in the order placement or if the information given by the buyer was not filled out correctly.

Prices & Payment
All prices indicated in this website are in GBP Sterling and include VAT, if applicable.

Prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order, depending on item and delivery location. They are calculated automatically at checkout. You can read more about our shipping costs below.

Shipping
We ship worldwide.

Orders within the UK are normally shipped via Royal Mail or DPD; orders to Europe are shipped via UPS; and orders to the rest of the World are shipped via TNT or FedEx. 

A signature is required on receipt of the package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.

Delivery time
We are a small studio so all Romble prints are on demand. Our printer produces the posters once payment has been made. So please be aware that shipping times can vary depending upon the product. 

All orders are normally shipped from the UK within 3-5 working days.

Romble is not responsible for any delay that results from an incorrect address, holidays or by incidents beyond our control. 

Shipping costs
The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost depending on the volume, weight and destination of the products purchased.

Please note that any customs duties and taxes for overseas orders are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.

Returns
If, for whatever reason, the customer is dissatisfied with a product bought directly from Romble, the purchase may be exchanged or returned. Specially produced items or digital assets are however not eligible for return.

To return or exchange an item, please email us with your order number, details of the item to be returned, and the reason for its return. The customer must inform Romble within 7 days of their intention to return the item. The package must then be shipped within a further 14 days. All shipping costs, duties and taxes have to be paid by sender.

All returned items must arrive unused and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the items, a full refund will be made – the shipping costs are not refundable – within 30 days.

Damaged items
If any item arrives in a less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately at info@romble.studio. We will do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

The customer should only accept packages without visible signs of wear and tear.  If the customer decides to accept visibly damaged items, this should be noted on the delivery form next to their signature.  If product is found to have been affected, the customer must email us immediately, attaching pictures of both the packaging and its contents. All the original packaging must also be retained. 

The customer must inform Romble within 7 days of their intention to return the item. The package must then be shipped within a further 14 days.
